We are excited to announce the soft launch dates (migration of existing customers), for the new version of myTurf. Toro has targeted January 22nd as the official “go live” date. This means, in preparation for data migration, the “classic” version of myTurf will be shut down at end-of-day Sunday, January 14th .

Launch Timeline:

  • Sunday, January 14th – Last day to perform any actions in the classic myTurf (place orders, run reports, close work orders, etc.)
  • Sunday, January 14th at Midnight (Central U.S. Time) – myTurf Classic will be brought offline
  • Wednesday, January 17th – An e-mail from Toro will be sent providing you with login details and a Quick Start Guide regarding initial actions you will need to take to log into the new system.
  • Monday, January 22nd – The new myTurf will be brought live for login at
Please Note: In parallel with the soft launch of the new myTurf, Toro is working on our market launch functionality (translations, reports, etc.) which I will demonstrate at Golf Show in San Antonio with planned deployment in February. It is important to understand that there will be no reporting functionality in the new myTurf for about a month. So, you need to run any critical reports prior to shut down until market launch.

Other items in preparation:

  • You will not have myTurf Parts ordering during the shutdown, so make sure you have an alternate ordering process with your distributor during the shutdown (create an account at
  • Order history is not migrating with the new system due to a change in commerce platforms – please make sure any open carts in the old system are placed prior to shut down or documented if containing parts still to be ordered.
  • While not required, it would be good practice to minimize the number of open work orders for data migration

Note: As mentioned above, At this time, Toro expects to send you one additional e-mail the week before January 22nd. This e-mail will provide details for how customers will access and log into the new system, instructions on what you will need to do first in the new system, and provide release notes regarding the soft launch version of next generation myTurf (any known significant bugs or functionality yet to be completed).
